Diamond Valley Little Athletics Club

Diamond Valley Little Athletics Centre was founded in 1967 at Willinda Park in Greensborough.

As one of the largest metropolitan Little Athletics Centre in Victoria, Diamond Valley offers weekly competitions for children of all abilities between the ages of 5 and 16. Little athletics is a great way to introduce children to sport as it helps children develop important motor and social skills including: sprinting, hurdles, race walking, distance running, jumps (high, long and triple) and throws (discus, shot put, javelin).

The Registration Fees for the 2023/24 Season are:

Under 6 and Under 7 : $240 per athlete

Under 8 to Under 17 : $260 per athlete.
These fees cover the full competition year (Track and Field from September 2023 to March 2024) and Cross Country (April 2024 to August 2024)

These fees are split between our parent Body (LAVic) $89 your nominated Centre Club $33 and the remainder to the Centre. These fees cover insurance and operational costs including facilities rental (from the Banyule City Council) and equipment purchase and maintenance.

Discounts are offered for families with 3 or more children.

If competing in the Cross Country season, a participation fee will also be payable by athletes who participated in the Summer season.
