Diamond Valley United Soccer Club is a proud community club based in the heart of Greensborough, Victoria. With a rich history and strong local support, we are committed to developing soccer talent at all levels, from juniors to seniors. We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Men’s Head Coach to lead our senior men’s team into the 2025 season and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee training sessions
Develop and implement game strategies and tactics
Mentor and develop players of varying skill levels
Work collaboratively with the club’s Executive, Football Department and other coaching staff
Foster a positive team culture both on and off the field
Manage match-day team selection and substitutions
Promote club values and enhance player development pathways
Requirements:
Prior coaching experience at a senior level encouraged
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to engage and inspire players
Passionate about community football and player development
Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and competitive environment
